株式会社Blue Bullet(以下「当社」)は、当社が開発・販売するゲーム『Full Stride』(以下「本作」)のプレイ動画・スクリーンショット等を利用した配信・動画投稿について、本ガイドラインを定めます。本ガイドラインの範囲内であれば、個人の皆様は当社への事前連絡なしに、本作の配信・動画投稿を行っていただけます。

1. 適用範囲

  • 本ガイドラインは、個人、および法人格を持たないグループ(サークル、同好会等)による配信・動画投稿に適用されます。
  • 法人(YouTuber・VTuber事務所等のプロダクションに所属する配信者を含む)による利用、または企業からの依頼(プロモーション案件等)に基づく利用については、事前に下記のお問い合わせ窓口までご連絡ください。個別に許諾のご案内をいたします。なお、当社が法人に対して個別に許諾した場合、当該法人所属の配信者による配信には本ガイドラインの内容が準用されます。

2. 利用できるコンテンツ

  • 本作のプレイ映像、スクリーンショット、ゲーム内音声(BGM・ボイス・効果音を含む)を、配信・動画・投稿内でそのままご利用いただけます。
  • 実況・解説・リアクション等、皆様ご自身の創作性が加わった形での利用を歓迎します。
  • 配信・動画の切り抜き(クリップ)の作成・投稿も、本ガイドラインの範囲内で可能です。

3. 収益化について

以下の方法による収益化を許諾します。

  • YouTube、Twitch、ニコニコ動画、X、TikTok等の各プラットフォームが公式に提供する収益化機能(広告収益、メンバーシップ、Super Chat、サブスクライブ、投げ銭等)

上記以外の方法(スポンサー契約、有料コンテンツとしての販売等)による収益化を希望される場合は、事前にお問い合わせください。

4. 禁止事項

以下に該当する利用はお控えください。

  1. 実在の人物・団体・競走馬に対する誹謗中傷、名誉毀損、侮辱にあたる利用。本作には実在の競馬を題材としたデータが含まれます。騎手、調教師、馬主、競走馬、JRA・NARをはじめとする競馬関係団体、その他実在の人物・団体の名誉や信用を損なう内容(サムネイル・タイトル・切り抜きでの揶揄を含む)は固くお断りします。
  2. 改造データ、チート、データマイニングによって得られた情報を用いた配信・動画。
  3. ゲーム内のBGM・ボイス等の音声のみを抽出して配布・投稿する行為(プレイ映像を伴わない音声単体のアップロード等)。
  4. 公序良俗に反する内容、差別的表現、政治的・宗教的な主張と本作を結びつける利用。
  5. 当社または本作が公認・提携していると誤解させる表現。
  6. 第三者の権利を侵害する利用、その他法令に違反する利用。

5. クレジット表記のお願い(任意)

必須ではありませんが、配信・動画の概要欄に以下の表記およびストアページへのリンクを掲載いただけると幸いです。

6. 免責事項・その他

  • 本ガイドラインは予告なく変更・終了する場合があります。変更後の配信・投稿には変更後のガイドラインが適用されます。すでに投稿されたコンテンツについて、遡って削除を求めることは原則ありませんが、第4項に違反する場合はこの限りではありません。
  • 本ガイドラインは、皆様に本作の著作権その他の権利を譲渡するものではありません。
  • 本ガイドラインに違反する利用、または当社が不適切と判断した利用については、コンテンツの削除依頼、許諾の取り消し等の対応を行う場合があります。
  • 本ガイドラインは日本法に準拠します。

Blue Bullet Inc. (“we,” “us”) sets out this policy for live streaming and video content featuring our game Full Stride (“the Game”). As long as you follow this policy, individuals may stream and post videos of the Game without contacting us in advance.

1. Who This Policy Applies To

  • This policy applies to individuals and unincorporated groups (clubs, hobby circles, etc.).
  • Corporations and commercial entities — including streamers affiliated with YouTuber/VTuber agencies or other production companies, and any sponsored/promotional use — must contact us in advance using the contact information below. We will provide licensing guidance individually. Where we have granted permission to a corporation, streams by its affiliated talents are governed by the terms of this policy unless otherwise agreed.

2. What You May Use

  • Gameplay footage, screenshots, and in-game audio (including BGM, voice, and sound effects) may be used as-is in your streams, videos, and posts.
  • We encourage transformative use — commentary, reactions, tutorials, and other content that adds your own creativity.
  • Clips and highlights of streams and videos may be created and shared within the scope of this policy.

3. Monetization

The following forms of monetization are permitted:

  • Official monetization features provided by platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, X, and TikTok (ad revenue, memberships, Super Chat, subscriptions, tips, etc.)

For any other form of monetization (sponsorships, selling content as paid products, etc.), please contact us in advance.

4. Prohibited Uses

Please refrain from the following:

  1. Content that defames, insults, or harasses real people, organizations, or racehorses. The Game features data based on real-world horse racing. Content that damages the reputation of jockeys, trainers, owners, racehorses, the JRA, the NAR, or any other real person or organization — including mockery in thumbnails, titles, or clips — is strictly prohibited.
  2. Streams or videos using modified data, cheats, or information obtained through datamining.
  3. Extracting and distributing in-game audio (BGM, voice, etc.) on its own, without accompanying gameplay footage.
  4. Content that is obscene or discriminatory, or that associates the Game with political or religious advocacy.
  5. Content that implies official endorsement of, or partnership with, Blue Bullet Inc. or the Game.
  6. Any use that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable laws.

5. Credit (Optional)

Attribution is not required, but we would appreciate the following credit and store links in your video description:

6. Disclaimers & Miscellaneous

  • This policy may be revised or discontinued without notice. Content posted after a revision is subject to the revised policy. As a rule, we will not retroactively request removal of previously posted content, except where it violates Section 4.
  • This policy does not transfer any copyright or other rights in the Game to you.
  • For uses that violate this policy or that we deem inappropriate, we may request content removal or revoke permission.
  • This policy is governed by the laws of Japan.
